
FreedomMeeting understands the importance of ensuring its customers' privacy and employs strict privacy policies in all aspects of its business. This privacy statement applies to the FreedomMeeting Web Conference Service and the FreedomMeeting web site. It does not apply to any third parties, partners, resellers or links from the FreedomMeeting web site, as FreedomMeeting cannot control the privacy practices of those parties or sites.
Information Collection and Use
FreedomMeeting collects individual identifying information ("identifying information") when you request information, visit FreedomMeeting web pages, register for the Web Conference service, host a web conference or participate in a web conference. FreedomMeeting may also receive identifying information from its resellers, partners and customers.
The information FreedomMeeting collects includes, but is not limited to, the following: name, postal address, email address, telephone number, facsimile number, company name and job title. In addition, FreedomMeeting may collect information such the name of your Internet Service Provider, the IP address through which you access the Internet, the date and time you accessed the web site or service, the pages you visited on the web site and any links which brought you to the FreedomMeeting web site. This information is used to help improve FreedomMeeting information and services, provide important information about FreedomMeeting products and services to you, analyze trends, administer products and services and for accounting and billing purposes.
In addition, as part of the Web Conference service, FreedomMeeting collects information, which includes, but is not limited to, the following: meeting participant information (name, email), meeting title, number of attendees, conference duration, status (voice, web), feature use, comments, polling results, system specifications (e.g., proxy server) and log files. This information is used to provide data back to you, improve the service, troubleshoot problems, administer the service and for accounting and billing purposes.
Information Disclosure
FreedomMeeting collects identifying information as part of selling, administering, delivering and maintaining its products and services. FreedomMeeting will only send identifying information about you to other companies or parties when:
 - we have your consent to share your identifying information,
 - we need to share your information to provide you with a product or service you have requested from us,
 - we need to share your information with a partner, reseller or enterprise to enable them to provide you with a requested service on the behalf of
 FreedomMeeting,
 - we need to share your information to debug a problem with a third party (we will notify you of this use of your information)
 - we must comply with a subpoena, court order or other legal process
 - we are promoting a product or solution from a trusted partner
 - your actions violate FreedomMeeting terms of service and require legal intervention.
FreedomMeeting occasionally hires other companies to provide limited services on its behalf, such as the processing and delivery of mailings.
FreedomMeeting only provides such parties the information necessary to deliver the service and prohibits these parties from disclosing or using this
dentifying information for any other purpose.
Content Privacy
FreedomMeeting Web Conference Service allows users to publish documents for the purpose of sharing with an authorized group of users. When a document is published through Web Conferenceit is securely transferred to Web Conference servers and converted. Published documents are never archived to off-line storage media and are considered the confidential material of the account owner. At any time you may elect to remove or replace a published document in the system. When you choose to remove published materials they are immediately deleted from our systems and are no longer retrievable.
FreedomMeeting does not use or share any published documents internally or with third parties. Published documents are considered confidential material of the account owner.
Cookies
FreedomMeeting Web Conferencing Service only requires cookies within a session. Once a session is ended and the browser is closed the cookies are removed from the user's computer. The FreedomMeeting web site may send cookies to your browser if your browser's preferences are set to accept such cookies. Your browser will only allow a web site to access the cookies it has sent to you. You may choose to delete any cookies sent to your browser by FreedomMeeting' web site.
Hosting Facilities
Our provider, WebDialog's Data Center. is located in Waltham, Massachusetts and is a highly secure facility that is staffed 24 hours per day and 365 days per year. Access to the facility is allowed only for designated personnel who provide appropriate identification. The facilities are physically secure and the infrastructure is redundant.
Network Security
The Web Conference network is protected by redundant firewalls supplied by an industry leader known for their performance and security. Routers, switches and other network components are also configured redundantly to maintain maximum service performance and availability.
Server Security
The service is powered by redundant, secure Internet servers located in the WebDialogs Data Center. All servers and networking equipment are housed in locked steel cages and are protected by security staff, video surveillance and biometric card access. Network access to servers from the public Internet is limited to only the TCP/IP ports necessary for administration and use of the service. Servers are maintained with the latest available security patches to minimize exposure to security flaws inherent to the platforms.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
FreedomMeeting will post changes to its privacy policy to its web site and will notify existing customers of the updated policy 15 days prior to the implementing the policy changes.
